Great food starts with a great team – and our Kitchen Porters are an important part of it.
We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter to join the kitchen team at De Vere Cotswold Waterpark Hotel
As a Kitchen Porter with De Vere you’ll work at the heart of our busy kitchen, helping to keep everything clean, organised and running smoothly. It’s a hands-on and physical role where you’ll be on your feet and working as part of a busy team. You’ll help with deliveries, moving equipment and keeping kitchen and storage areas organised, getting involved wherever you’re needed to support the brigade.
And if you’re interested in becoming a Chef, there may be opportunities to get involved with basic food preparation, learn from the chefs around you and develop your skills. It’s not an expectation of the role, but for those who are keen, a Kitchen Porter role can be a great place to start a career in the kitchen.
This role involves working a mixture of earlies and late shifts to include weekends on a rota basis. - 0700-1530 / 1600-2330
