Our Spa and Leisure teams deliver those special treats and indulgences our guests want and deserve, so we look for people who have brilliant communication skills to create calming and welcoming experiences.

As you might expect, our spa teams need great skills and expertise in what they do we usually look for Level 2 / 3 qualifications for Spa Therapists joining the team. And whilst it's beneficial to hold a similar level qualification when applying to our Leisure roles, it's by no mean essential. You can check out our opportunities here.



Our incredible Maintenance teams take every care to make sure our incredible hotels run smoothly and always look their best, both in front and back of house.

Working in our maintenance teams means being super proactive in anticipating any problems and getting them fixed fast, whilst working closely with all of the departments across the hotel so that we're causing as little disruption to our guests as possible.

Our heads of maintenance, maintenance managers and supervisors are highly experienced in what they do, but you don't need experience to join the team at entry level.
