Spa Receptionist
Are you looking for a receptionist role? Do you have a keen interest in spa and wellness?
As a Spa Receptionist at De Vere Tortworth Court in Wotton Under Edge you'll be the friendly face that greets our guests, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive in the Spa. Your mission will be to provide exceptional customer service, handling guest requests efficiently and going above and beyond to ensure our Spa guests and members have a 5* experience.
We have a variety of shifts available on a weekly basis with early shifts starting at 8am and late shifts finishing at 9pm to include weekdays and weekends.
What we look for from a Spa Receptionist:
• A warm and welcoming approach and the ability to deliver high standards of customer service
• An excellent telephone manner
• Great organisation skills in order to arrange the Spa Therapist’s schedules.
Training will be provided to ensure you have a full knowledge of all the spa treatments and services on offer, to be able to answer all enquiries efficiently, but a keen and interest in spa and wellness will help to ensure you enjoy this role.
