De Vere Tortworth Court in Wotton-under-Edge has an exciting opportunity for a Wedding & Events Sales Coordinator to join our office-based team.

As a Wedding & Events Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to wedding and event enquiries, helping to convert them into confirmed bookings. You will liaise closely with couples, external clients, and colleagues across the hotel to ensure every event is set up for success.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, on a rota basis between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends to support key events and show rounds.

What we look for in a Wedding & Events Sales Coordinator:

• A keen interest in weddings and events, with either operational events/event planning or hospitality experience, or a relevant events qualification
• Confident and professional communication skills, both via telephone and email
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our couples and clients
