De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. Meeting & Events Sales Executive
Are you an organised people person who enjoys bringing plans together? Are you looking for your next opportunity within events and hospitality?
We’re looking for a Meeting & Events Sales Executive to join the team at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor. This is a full time role that involves working 40 hours per week over 5 days.
As our Meeting & Events Sales Executive you’ll be involved in bringing a wide variety of events to life, from conferences and meetings to weddings and special occasions. From the first enquiry through to the final details, you’ll work with our guests and clients to understand what they’re looking for and help create an event that feels just right for them.
You’ll respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and coordinate bookings, making sure all the important details are captured accurately and shared with the wider hotel team. You’ll build genuine relationships with clients along the way, providing a warm and professional service and making the planning process as smooth as possible.
Working closely with colleagues across the hotel, you’ll help make sure everyone has the information they need to deliver each event successfully. With plenty happening at once, you’ll keep things organised, stay on top of the details and enjoy seeing plans come together.
Your skills & experience
- You’ll enjoy communicating with people and building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You’ll have great attention to detail and take pride in getting the little things right.
- You’ll be organised and comfortable managing a number of enquiries, bookings and priorities at the same time.
- You’ll be confident using IT systems and comfortable learning new ones.
- Previous experience within events, hospitality or a customer-facing role would be helpful, although it’s not essential.
