Operations Manager Programme
Designed to help our developing colleagues to become our future leaders, this 18-month programme will equip you with the key skills required for your first General Manager role at De Vere. Leadership, problem solving, HR management and developing financial and commercial skills are the central pillars of this programme.
Inspire to Lead
A series of modular workshops, our Inspire to Lead programme fine tunes the leadership skills of our Heads of Department. From leading appraisal meetings to effective recruitment and selection practices, this flexible learning approach reflects the personal learning needs of our colleagues.
Inspire to Manage
For colleagues taking their first steps into management, this programme is built around your individual development plan. Over the course of 12 months, you’ll cover key aspects of first line management, including effective communication skills, team leading, HR and financial awareness, as well as how to set your own personal and professional objectives.
For many of our colleagues, an accredited qualification through external organisations can be desirable or even mandatory. On top of the wide range of programmes we offer within our apprenticeship programmes we have also supported many of our colleagues achieve some of the following professional qualifications:
- HOSPA - Hospitality Finance, Revenue and IT Professionals
- ACCA – Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
- CIPS – Purchasing and Supply Chain professionals
- CIPD - Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development professionals
