Operations Programme
Our bespoke programme offers an exceptional platform for success within hospitality, providing you with the opportunity to craft an exciting career with one of the brightest brands in the industry.
Throughout the 18 month programme you will gain exposure and experience within, what we consider, the five key departments (Food & Beverage, Conference & Events, Housekeeping, Front of House and Support Services such as Finance, Sales and HR) within one of our landmark properties. You will gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to truly excel, while we are committed to supporting you in every way.

Training, Development & Project Management
Following an in depth company induction, we ensure you reach your full potential by providing high level training, development and support throughout your programme. This includes allocating you a dedicated ‘Buddy’ in the form of an experienced or previous Graduate Manager who has ‘been there and done it’, workshops and on the job training and professional accredited qualifications.

What are we looking for?
Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
Work experience in hospitality or a customer facing role
A real passion for hospitality and customer service is essential
A positive attitude with the desire to succeed
